Project: Potable Water 4 “SDR-14 Pipe Installation-Toa Baja Sabana Seca

Customer: PRASA- Eng. Ramon Flores-Metro Region

Description: Supply and Install 4” PVC Pipe Potable Water.

Mechanical Works: Supply and install 1027 LM of four (4) inches SDR-14 pipe, water boxes and copper piping, 4” gate valves, hydrants, chlorination of new piping and connections to existing PRASA system.

Project: Villamar Pump Station-Carolina

Customer: PRASA- Eng. Ramon Flores-Metro Region

Description: Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Improvements to Pump Station.

Mechanical Works: Construction of 35hp bypass system in the effluent manhole, installation of 36” sluice gate on the influent, installation of 360 LM twenty-four inches (24”) forced lined SDR-35.

Electrical Works: Installation of a 225KW emergency generator, refurbish of the complete lighting system, new control system for the MCC.

Civil Works: Repair with Mortar the whole wet pit, construction of concrete base for emergency generator, repairs to the control room structure.

Project: Los Corozos Pump Station-Rio Piedras

Customer: PRASA-INECO Eng. Yuri Robles

Description: Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Improvements to Pump Station.

Mechanical Works: Construction of 350hp bypass system in the effluent manhole, installation of two (2) 54” sluice gates on the influent, installation of two (2) 350hp new pumps and mechanical piping.

Electrical Works: Installation of a new MCC with VFD’S for 2ea 350hp pumps, refurbish of the complete lighting system.

Civil Works: Repairs to the control room structure and yard. Wet Pit clean up with vacuum truck.

Description: Mechanical and Civil Works.
